Our service department is one of Chicagoland’s largest. Our technicians are state certified by the Department of Agriculture as well as factory/safety trained and tested. We have a fleet of trucks fully stocked with parts to repair/service your scale. We have a state of the art truck scale testing unit with a self-propelled weight cart, manufactured by Tiffin Loader Crane. All service and calibrations are performed by N.I.S.T. standards using N.I.S.T. traceable weights. Documentation is provided for audit and/or ISO requirements
