Since its inception in 1938, Antibus Scales and Systems has acted as a sales/service distributor in the weighing equipment business with sales and service capabilities. With headquarters in Fort Wayne and branch offices in both South Bend and Toledo Ohio, the companys 45 employees serve customers within a 75 mile radius of either location. The company has diversified beyond its traditional industrial weighing equipment base. In 1988, Systems Group, utilizing computer programmers, was formed to market customized software and hardware for bar coding and related applications. In 1993 the company began marketing bar coding labels and ribbons, now a substantial portion of its overall Systems sales, and in 1997 Antibus Scales and Systems Force Measurement was created to market force measurement and testing devices
